Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. Quote Requests & Consultations

By submitting a quote request form, you acknowledge that all pricing provided is an estimate based on the information submitted and may change following an on-site assessment or final roofline measurements. Pricing is determined by total roofline length, layout, and selected coverage.

Consultation requests are complimentary and carry no obligation to proceed. For all scheduled on-site consultations, the homeowner or authorized decision-maker must be present.

Submitted photos and property details are used solely to prepare your quote and improve service accuracy. By providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted by our team regarding your request.

Final project pricing, timelines, and warranty details will be confirmed in your official proposal and service agreement prior to installation.

2. Scope of Work

All work will be completed according to the approved proposal and agreed design. Final pricing is based on total roofline measurements confirmed during installation. Any changes to layout, coverage, or additional requests may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date and materials. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments exceeding 7 days past the due date may incur interest at a rate of 2.5% per month until paid in full.

4. Scheduling & Property Access

Clients must ensure safe access to the property, including driveways, power access, and clear roofline areas. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or weather may require rescheduling.

5. Installation Conditions

Exterior installations involve working on existing structures. Minor adjustments to soffits or mounting surfaces may be required to ensure a secure and professional installation.

6. Warranty & Service

Warranty coverage applies according to the terms outlined in your official service agreement. Damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or external factors outside normal operation may not be covered.

7. Cancellations & Project Changes

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or scheduling has been confirmed. Requests to modify scope after approval may affect pricing and timelines.

8. Media & Marketing

Our team may photograph or capture video of completed installations for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Liability

Lior Lighting maintains applicable insurance coverage (including up to $5,000,000 general liability where applicable) and workers' compensation coverage through WCB Alberta as required; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, hidden structural issues, or damage unrelated to installation activities.
